About the role :

• Housekeeping and Cleaning : Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, including offices, common areas, and amenities.
• Waste Management : Manage waste disposal, recycling, and composting.
• Pest Control : Coordinate pest control services to prevent infestations.
• Facility Maintenance : Report maintenance issues and coordinate with vendor for repairs.
• Knowledge of facilities related to chemicals and MSDS.
