Job Responsibilities :
Visit clients on a daily basis to present products, understand requirements, and convert potential leads into sales.
Handle project sales and business development activities for lighting and electrical panel projects. Identify and develop new business opportunities by building relationships with architects ,builders, consultants, and contractors.
Work on existing databases to generate new leads and maintain client follow-ups.
Prepare and share sales quotations, proposals, and presentations as per client requirements. 6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with internal teams for technical and pricing support.
Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and product trends.
Maintain CRM reports, lead trackers, and follow-up data to ensure smooth communication and progress tracking.
Coordinate with the marketing team for branding activities, digital campaigns, and promotional strategies.
Provide regular feedback to management and participate in weekly review meetings.
Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support to strengthen client relationships.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Candidate Requirements :
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the lighting or electrical industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation (sales pitch) skills.
Should be self-driven and result-oriented.
