Join Trill Route as a Sales Executive (Admissions) to drive student enrolments for our music education programs . This is a consultative sales role where you’ll build trust with families, understand their needs, and guide them through the right learning path.
Key Responsibilities
Lead admissions conversations with students & parents (inbound + proactive outreach)
Recommend programs through structured, consultative discussions
Own the journey from first contact to onboarding; hit monthly enrolment targets
Maintain disciplined follow-ups and accurate CRM data
What We're Looking For
1–5 years in Inside Sales / Business Development / EdTech / B2C Sales
Excellent communication & relationship-building; ownership mindset
Fluent in English
Comfortable with CRMs & digital sales tools
