Job Description
Client Relationship Executive (CRE)
Location : Calicut
Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience : 1–2 years (Banking / Financial Services / Insurance)
Qualification : Any Degree
This role does not involve sales targets or high-pressure sales environments. We prioritize a client-focused and consultative approach.
Responsibilities
- Handle client queries, grievances & ensure quick resolution.
- Support clients with Capital / Stock Market-related services.
- Execute Depository Settlements & Delivery Instruction Slips.
- Process Demat & Dematerialization requests accurately.
- Conduct client onboarding and KYC verification as per regulatory guidelines.
- Communicate clearly & maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure professionalism, compliance & confidentiality.
