We are looking for a dynamic and motivated   Technical Recruiter   to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various domains such as software development, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and want to build a career in IT talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities :

Understand technical job requirements and partner with hiring managers to define role expectations.

Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment reports.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future hiring needs.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring practices.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

0–3 years of experience in technical or IT recruitment (freshers with strong communication and technical understanding are welcome).

Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, GitHub, etc.).

Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, networking, cloud, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
