Hoovu is a fresh take on traditions! We bring the beauty and fragrance of fresh puja flowers and other puja essentials to homes across India — through leading quick commerce and modern trade partners like Big Basket, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Reliance, and more.

Our products are available pan India, ensuring that every flower offered in prayer is as fresh as gratitude itself.

🌺 Role : Key Accounts Manager – Quick Commerce & Modern Trade

📍 Location : Pan India (Base location flexible)

🧭 Department : Sales

📑 Reports To : Sales Head

What You’ll Do

✅ Manage and grow relationships with leading Quick Commerce and Modern Trade partners.

✅ Drive sales performance across regions, ensuring smooth coordination and daily follow-ups.

✅ Conduct business reviews, finalize pricing and listings, and execute promotional campaigns.

✅ Plan and launch new products, ensuring full visibility and strong sales across partner platforms.

✅ Analyze category performance, monitor fill rates, and implement data-driven improvements.

✅ Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.

What We’re Looking For

🎓 Education :

Minimum : High School Diploma

Preferred : Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field

💼 Experience :

1–3 years in Key Account Management / Quick Commerce / FMCG / Modern Trade Sales

🧩 Skills :

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Strong analytical & reporting abilities

Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and dashboards

Ability to work cross-functionally and travel as needed
