We're looking for a Head of Client Revenue to lead post-sales growth - focusing on revenue retention, expansion, and client lifetime value.This isn't a top-down strategy role.It's about owning the revenue engine after acquisition, turning strong client relationships into scalable growth systems, and driving outcomes that move the business forward.You'll start hands-on, learn our ecosystem, and gradually take charge of scaling frameworks across accounts and teams.Key Responsibilities :
Revenue Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and implement shortand long-term strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Set and manage monthly revenue targets aligned with leadership objectives.
- Ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and client success functions to maximize outcomes.
Client Growth & Retention :
- Work with key agency partners to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Reduce churn by proactively addressing client needs and delivering measurable value.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with high-potential accounts.
Forecasting & Reporting :
- Lead monthly forecasting processes, analyzing pipeline health and revenue trends.
- Deliver data-backed reports on performance and risks.
- Translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
Market Expansion & Innovation :
- Identify and test new service opportunities within E2M's productized delivery model.
- Explore pricing, packaging, or vertical-specific growth initiatives.
- Drive revenue diversification through innovation and operational excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Delivery, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Collaborate on pricing models, customer onboarding, and process optimisation.
Leadership & Learning :
- Operate hands-on initially to understand the ecosystem before leading revenue operations at scale.
- Build accountability frameworks and coach teams toward measurable outcomes.
- Champion a culture of performance, learning, and client-centricity.
Who You Are :
- 5-8 years of experience in sales, client success, revenue growth, or business strategy.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in digital services, agency, or SaaS-based business models preferred.
- Comfortable being measured by outcomes, not hours.
- Owner's mindset - proactive, analytical, and growth-driven.
