Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for banking tech? We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team and drive strategic growth through strong client partnerships in the Banking & Financial Services sector.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Work in direct contact with assigned clients (Existing & New) and cater to all Sales activities with each of them.
- Analyze client business, goals, strategies, industry trends and direction to develop compelling value propositions for the client that result in a win.
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of Targets.
- Grow opportunity pipeline with existing & new logos.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
- Respond to client needs, queries, concerns / complaints and facilitate for resolution aiming customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
- The goal is to ensure long-term profitable Business acquisition by relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction to preserve and accelerate our company’s development
- Act as the trusted advisor to assigned key accounts — both new and existing — ensuring their success and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering; MBA preferred.6–8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development — minimum 4 years in the Banking vertical, preferably in Core Banking Solutions, Applications & Technology ServicesStrong CXO-level network across Scheduled and Co-operative Banks.Proven track record of driving revenue and building client relationships that last.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills — a true storyteller with data to back it up.
