Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer (MEP) to lead the execution and integration of MEP systems for high-end hospitality and large-scale residential township projects. This role involves managing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and other building services to ensure seamless delivery, compliance with safety and quality standards, and alignment with overall project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems.
- Track MEP progress against construction schedules and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with civil and architectural teams for integrated project delivery.
- Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability benchmarks.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
