Job descriptionJob DescriptionJob Description SummaryThis position will be responsible for implementing various initiatives to minimize the impact of our operations on the environment. This role will involve working closely with cross functional teams such as supply chain, procurement, engineering, facilities management, etc. The intern will also be involved in projects related to waste reduction, energy conservation, water conservation, sustainability reporting, etc. This position will provide exposure to different aspects of environmental management systems and sustainability reportingGE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. For more information visit : https : / / www.Gehealthcare.In / Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities : - Baselining and reporting greenhouse gas emissions for product, including carbon footprint.- Developing and maintaining environmental management system documentation.- Supporting sustainability reporting activities.- Identifying opportunities for waste reduction and resource conservation.- Collaborating with cross functional teams to implement sustainable practices.- Assisting in the development and implementation of environmental policies and procedures.Qualifications- MPhil / MTech / BE degree in environmental, E-Waste, Material Science engineering or related field.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.Inclusion and DiversityGE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
