The ideal candidate is a highly skilled individual contributor who has delivered outstanding results on well-recognized projects—whether within a leading ad agency or as part of a marketing team. They take a hands-on approach to executing design projects, consistently upholding high standards of creativity and innovation. This role requires direct ownership of design deliverables—from concept through completion—while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams as needed. Strong project and resource management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage complex tasks and excel at problem-solving using a first-principles approach. A genuine interest in leveraging AI in creative design is also highly valued.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Creative Collaboration : Work directly with the product marketing team to brainstorm and independently produce high-quality, captivating artwork across both digital and print formats. Collaborate with marketing team and writers to ideate and personally create distinctive collateral materials such as brochures, print ads, other print collateral, social media ads (Meta, LinkedIn, Google), organic creatives, emailers, landing pages, short videos, and media banners, among others.
2. Execution : Be hands-on and responsible for producing creative work quickly and efficiently, demonstrating the ability to execute ideas independently from concept through final output, while delivering consistently high-quality results and adapting to tight deadlines.
3. Concept Development : Independently plan and develop creative concepts by studying partner schools’ brand guidelines and analyzing industry competitors, ensuring marketing goals and challenges are addressed effectively. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original, innovative ideas.
4. Project Management : Take complete ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion according to established timelines and securing all necessary approvals for deliverables. Proactively develop and refine processes to enhance creative production and reduce turnaround times.
5. Quality Assurance : Ensure all design deliverables consistently meet the quality standards and partner school guidelines. Deliver output at a high level of polish, maintaining rigorous self-review and an eye for detail.
