Hiring for Lead Continuous Improvement for leading steel industry.

Job location - Pune

Qualification - BE / B. Tech Mechanical

Experience - 4 to 8 years

Functional skills -

• Good knowledge about CI tools and techniques.
• Lean six sigma Black belt or green belt project experience.
• Automation & digitalization knowledge.
• Knowledge about technical analysis of delays, production performance, time-motion study.
• Hands-on experience of working on shopfloor with process / manufacturing industries.
• Excellent data analytics capability with exposure to latest software tools like Minitab, etc.
• Knowledge about Process / Manufacturing & Safety requirements of steel industry.
• Highly pro-active / self-initiator and passionate for the time bound results.
