Product Control, Director / Associate, Product Controllers

We're seeking someone to join our Product Control team.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources. This is a Director level position within the Product Controllers team.

What You'll Do In The Role

• Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
• Responsible for and lead aspects of individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and / or client segments
• Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; proactively identify ways to reduce risk in work
• Act as a culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards
• Manage the P&L who performs daily validation and substantiation of P&L and attributed P&L (Greek attributions) between Risk and reporting system.
• Prepare daily P&L reports for distribution to the business unit and finance managers for review.
• Understand the businesses supported including the strategy, products and inherent risks.
• Understand the risk & reporting systems and contribute to enhancing the control environment.
• Escalate issues in a timely manner to management.
• Contribute to Finance related projects, process enhancements, UAT testing etc.
• Other P&L related tasks and requests as required.
