Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller, located in Mysore. The AR Caller will be responsible for managing and resolving outstanding accounts receivable from insurance companies and patients. Day-to-day tasks include calling insurance companies to follow up on claims, verifying patient information, updating accounts receivable reports, and ensuring timely collections and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with accounts receivable and insurance follow-up
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with billing software
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
