Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel and Ticketing Manager, located at the Head Office in Delhi, India. The Assistant Manager -Travel and Ticketing will be responsible for managing travel for senior management, and handle overall admin of the Office. Flexibility, time management, eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for this role.
EXPERIENCE – 10 TO 12 YRS in Travel bookings, Ticketing, Processing Visas, Office Admin
SALARY SCALE – Rs.50000 to Rs.65000 / - CTC per month

JOB DESCRIPTION :
1.Application and processing visas of various countries for senior managers of the company
2.Booking domestic and international air tickets and hotels for MD and company staff time to time
3.Upkeep, cleanliness and resolving all maintenance issues / repairs of Corporate office
4.Supervising the housekeeping, pantry and security staff of the Corporate Office
5.Ordering and maintaining stock and inventory of Pantry items, Cleaning material, and stationary at Office.
6.Processing staff travel reimbursement and claim forms on a daily basis, and coordinate with Finance department for the disbursal of those expenses.
7.Organising Employee engagement activities at Head office.
8.Managing all corporate credit cards of the company and their billing.
