Role Overview :

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our clients' digital marketing strategies.

This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership abilities to manage a team of digital marketing specialists and ensure the successful implementation of Development and Execution :

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients to meet their business objectives.
• Oversee the creation and execution of campaigns across various digital channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for Leadership and Management :
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure the team meets its goals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members, ensuring they align with company culture and

objectives.
