Financial Reporting Specialist

The role involves the preparation of standalone financials as per IND AS standards, as well as the review and performance of intercompany transactions.

Responsibilities include :

• Preparing consolidated financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
• Reviewing and analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Liaising with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure statutory audit and tax compliance
• Reconciling bank statements and accounts
• Verifying assets and maintaining a fixed assets register
• Preparing management information reports, cash flow statements and stock statements on a monthly basis
• Analyzing and presenting data to management as required

Qualifications : Chartered Accountant

Experience : 4-6 years post qualification experience in audits or accounts function in infra or manufacturing companies.
