Financial Reporting Specialist
The role involves the preparation of standalone financials as per IND AS standards, as well as the review and performance of intercompany transactions.
Responsibilities include :
- Preparing consolidated financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
- Reviewing and analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Liaising with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure statutory audit and tax compliance
- Reconciling bank statements and accounts
- Verifying assets and maintaining a fixed assets register
- Preparing management information reports, cash flow statements and stock statements on a monthly basis
- Analyzing and presenting data to management as required
Qualifications : Chartered Accountant
Experience : 4-6 years post qualification experience in audits or accounts function in infra or manufacturing companies.
