Position : Manager - Financial Reporting and 4 to 6 years (Post-qualification)

SAEL Group, a leader in renewable energy with a bold vision to achieve 5 GW capacity, is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our team as a Manager - Financial Reporting and Consolidation. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience with a strong background in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and consolidation as per IND AS standards.
This role is crucial for managing the financial health of our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) units, and for ensuring all financial and tax-related activities are handled with precision and Responsibilities :
- Financial Reporting & Consolidation : Take ownership of financial consolidation and the preparation of standalone financial statements in strict adherence to IND AS standards.
- Intercompany Management : Perform and review intercompany transactions, re-measurements, and cost center allocations to ensure accuracy and consistency across the group.
- Statutory Compliance : Handle all aspects of statutory compliance, including TDS, Customs, Income Tax, and GST, for the assigned EPC entity / unit.
- Audit & Liaison : Lead the preparation for and coordination with statutory auditors and other tax consultants to ensure smooth audit closures.
- Account Reconciliation : Conduct regular reconciliation of various bank accounts and perform detailed ledger scrutiny to maintain financial accuracy.
- Fixed Assets Management : Conduct physical verification of assets and maintain an up-to-date Fixed Assets Register (FAR).
- Management Reporting : Prepare and present monthly MIS Reports, Cash Flow Statements, and Stock Statements to management, providing data-driven insights for strategic Skills & Qualifications :
- 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant.
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in financial consolidation and the preparation of standalone financials as per IND AS.
- Experience in handling end-to-end statutory audits and compliance for large-scale companies.
- A strong background in the accounts function of a large manufacturing or infrastructure company is preferred.
- Expertise in preparing various financial reports, including MIS, cash flow, and stock statements.
- Excellent analytical, data preparation, and presentation Skills
- Prior experience in the renewable energy or power sector.
- Experience with various ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations.
