Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, located in Tiruppur. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and nurturing sales leads, driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include lead generation, customer communication, and collaboration with the marketing team to align sales strategies. The role involves responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams
• Strong listening and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
