Job Title : US Payroll Specialist

Location : Chennai, Sholinganallur

Shift Timing : UK / General

Job Description :

• Candidate must have atleast 3 to 5 years of experience handling US payroll. Added advantage if having knowledge of India or APAC or EMEA payrolls.
• Knowledge of Payroll processing to calculate and process employee pay checks including regular hours, overtime and other compensation. Handled end to end payroll processing for both US and India.
• Managing deductions like 401K benefits, taxes, insurance premium, garnishments, etc.
• Involved in hiring, termination of employees
• Maintain accurate payroll records, transactions, employee data, etc.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance including the local laws
• Handled payroll queries over both phone and emails
• Liaise with local authorities like state agencies, PF offices, etc.
• Good in report generation and ability to send required reports in a presentable manner.
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of payroll products like ADP and such tools.
