Job Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Oracle Business Suite Consultant, responsible for implementing, supporting and enhancing Oracle EBS HCM modules to align with business processes and HR strategy.

This involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions within Oracle EBS HCM.

• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional and technical solutions within Oracle EBS HCM.
• Configure, implement and support Oracle EBS HCM modules including Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Career Development and Core HR.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects and performance issues in Oracle HCM modules.

Our ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules.

Key skills include strong hands-on expertise in at least two or more of the following areas : Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Technical, Career Development and Core HR Techno-Functional.
