We are a growing staffing company supporting top clients across the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Engineering industries. We’re looking for a US Bench Sales Recruiter who is proactive, driven, and experienced in marketing bench candidates and building strong industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Market bench candidates across Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Engineering domains, especially Quality, Manufacturing, Validation, and Regulatory Engineering roles.
• Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with top talent across the USA.
• Build and manage client and vendor relationships to drive new business opportunities.
• Develop new client / vendor partnerships to expand business revenue.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Prepare and present professional resumes for client submissions.
