Job description

We are looking for a self-motivated Customer Relationship Executive for our Mavelikara Office in Alappuzha District to consult with homeowners, explain our Construction and Interior packages, and convert leads into paying customers. You will be the face for the firm, guiding clients through the entire consultation process — from initial inquiry to project onboarding — ensuring a smooth, professional, and satisfying customer experience. The role involves meeting clients, understanding their Construction and interior needs, and promoting our business solutions. Candidates should be confident, customer-friendly, and ready to travel for client visits across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clearly and professionally explain the company's projects, services, and value propositions.
  • Understand client requirements and effectively communicate with the clients.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads while maintaining consistent follow-up with interested prospects.
  • Convert qualified leads into customers through proactive engagement and relationship building.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and site visits for the sales, design and project teams.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, call logs, and CRM records accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth client communication and project updates.
  • Meet and exceed daily / weekly / monthly call, follow-ups, and lead targets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in CRM to ensure timely closures and proper tracking.
  • Provide actionable feedback and insights to help improve sales and marketing strategies.
  • Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets as defined by management.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, client feedback, and conversion performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relations, Telesales, or Inside Sales (experience in Construction, Interiors, Real Estate, or Insurance sales is preferred).
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
  • Strong communication skills in Malayalam (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Consultative, customer-first sales approach.
  • Target-driven with a high ownership mindset.
  • Meet and exceed daily / weekly / monthly follow-ups and lead targets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in CRM to ensure timely closures and proper tracking.
  • Provide actionable feedback and insights to help improve sales and marketing strategies.

    Salary : ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, along with the best-in-industry performance-based incentives.
