Key Responsibilities :
Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with the Principal, academic heads, and management to align HR strategies with the school’s mission and long-term goals.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations.
Drive initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, diversity, and inclusion.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Lead recruitment strategies to attract high-quality teaching and non-teaching staff.
Manage the end-to-end hiring process : sourcing, interviews, assessments, and final selection.
Design and implement structured onboarding programs for smooth integration of new hires.
Performance & Employee Development
Oversee the performance management process, ensuring fair evaluation and growth-oriented feedback.
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for teachers and staff.
Support leadership in succession planning and career pathing.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Develop employee engagement initiatives that foster motivation, collaboration, and retention.
Address employee concerns promptly, ensuring a transparent and supportive workplace.
Build strong communication channels between staff, leadership, and HR.
Qualifications :
10-12 years of experience in HR or related field.
MBA and Hyderabad based male candidates preferred
Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
