Oracle HCM Core HR Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Core HR Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR, with a strong focus on the modern Redwood user experience and a proven track record of managing system upgrades. This role is critical for guiding our organization through optimizing existing configurations, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Expertise : Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Core HR, including Enterprise Structures, Legal Entities, Business Units, Jobs, Positions, Grades, and other foundational HR setups. Must have hands-on configuration experience.

Configuration and Customization :

Configure and personalize Redwood pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) Express Mode and Business Rules to align with business requirements.

Implement and manage HCM security components, including roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).

Configure and troubleshoot approval workflows, Journeys and notifications.

Upgrades and Release Management :

Stay up-to-date with Oracle's quarterly updates, specifically monitoring new Redwood features and mandatory migration timelines (e.g., 25C).

Assess the impact of new features and changes on existing configurations and customizations.

Conduct thorough testing (SIT / UAT) in non-production environments to ensure a smooth transition with each upgrade.
