Key Responsibilities :

A) Media Campaign Development, Tracking and Delivery :

Develop, execute, and optimize omni-channel campaigns (search, social, programmatic, influencer, e-detailing, mobile, email) tailored to varied healthcare audiences

u2022 Leverage first- and third-party data to craft highly personalized messaging and user experiences

u2022 Partner cross-functionally with insights, medical, legal, compliance, data privacy, public affairs and IT to deliver integrated strategies

u2022 Monitor and analyze KPIs to deliver actionable performance insights

u2022 Champion platform experimentation, pilot new tools

B) Digital Insights & Strategy :

u2022 Decode social trends using SML tools, CLM Analytics to drive strategy across 30+ therapy areas. Blend social listening, search, CLM and sales data to fuel marketing hypotheses and business planning. Be a champion for insight-led thinking - where curiosity meets action.

u2022 Identify unmet needs and new opportunities through real-time sentiment and conversational analysis. Alert brand teams to shifts in perception and emerging health narratives.

C) Digital Enablement, Innovation & Capability Building :

u2022 Stay abreast of emerging media trends and digital regulations, especially given the healthcare and pharma industry we operate in.

u2022 Champion test-and-learn innovation with scalable pilot programs. Empower brand teams through hands-on digital upskilling.

u2022 Drive the design and rollout of CRM initiatives, influencing how our brands engage and retain.
