Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Square Partner to plan installations based upon customer commitments.
- Manpower Forecasting for the upcoming week installations
- Tap manpower from market if sufficient manpower is not available with Square.
- Track installation costs
- Track adherence to quality, timelines, site hygiene, daily work progress by Square Team
- Nurture Project Managers, Site Inspectors and Measurement Executives in the system.
- Train new PMs on HomeLane Processes. (D2 meeting, site readiness check, installation site visits, installation sign off meeting, Smartsheet Updates)
- Train Site Inspectors on M&D Process
- Train measurement executives
- SPOC for PM queries / installation escalations.
- Performance Management of PMs, SI, SM
- Monitor and schedule day to day activity of PMs
- Work with Delivery Manager to achieve Revenue and NPS Target
- Track completion date of installation
- Coordinate with city Planner to ensure that project needs are being fulfilled
Expertise and Qualifications
8+ years of relevant experience in project management with strong technical knowledge in Home Interiors installationRoot-cause problem solving skills and a data-driven decision mindsetStrong English written & verbal communication skillsExcellent people management skills (ideally, should have managed a span of 5+)Exceptional customer-centricitySolid project managementHigh bias for actionSkills Required
