SAP ABAP Lead - Implementation & Support

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex ABAP solutions across multiple SAP modules.
• Apply advanced ABAP OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) techniques to build scalable and reusable components.
• Guide and mentor junior ABAP developers; ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Oversee and manage technical aspects of SAP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and support engagements.
• Review technical specifications, perform code reviews, and ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Handle performance tuning, troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of custom developments.
• Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and effort estimation activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of development milestones in alignment with business goals.
