Job Description
- Maintain and update NetSuite custom fields, workflows, dashboards, and records.
- Assist in developing and deploying SuiteScripts (1.0 / 2.0 - JavaScript) for basic customizations and automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing NetSuite customizations.
- Monitor and support EDI transactions through SPS Commerce to ensure smooth data exchange.
- Identify and resolve EDI errors from SPS Commerce promptly.
- Coordinate with SPS Commerce support teams and trading partners to maintain and improve EDI configurations.
- Support connections between NetSuite and third-party platforms such as SPS Commerce, Fispan, or other fulfillment tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system connection issues.
- Work with integration tools like SPS Commerce, Fispan, or other middleware to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with administration and troubleshooting of Zoho People, Zoho Sign, and other Zoho applications.
- Implement basic enhancements and configurations in Zoho applications as needed.
- Maintain and improve Streamlit applications built with Python.
- Integrate and update ChatGPT APIs to support application features and user interactions.
- Act as the first point of contact for issues related to NetSuite, Zoho applications, Streamlit apps, and SPS Commerce integrations.
- Create documentation for common issues and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve workflows and performance.
- Ensure all customizations and integrations follow best practices and meet business requirements.
- Maintain system integrity, security and compliance.
Requirements
Experience from 0 to 1 year.Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Basic knowledge of integration protocols.Proficiency in Python for developing and maintaining Streamlit applications.Familiarity with ChatGPT APIs and integrating AI-based features.Ability to troubleshoot customization, integration, and application issues.Strong analytical skills for identifying root causes and proposing solutions.Good verbal & written communication skills for working with technical and non-technical teams.Ability to work collaboratively across different teams.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.NetSuite Administrator or Developer certification is a plus.Familiarity with ERP implementation or support processes is helpful.Experience with SQL and Data Analysis is an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System or a related field.Benefits
