Job description2 – 4 years of proven experience in performance marketing (agency or brand-side). Must have experience working in an agency handling multiple brands simultaneously. Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and retargeting funnels. Experience handling ₹5L+ monthly ad spends. Excellent skills in audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and campaign optimisation. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience in eCommerce and D2C brands. Knowledge of SEO, CRO, or marketing automation tools.

At Chamele, we don’t just market brands, we make them unforgettable. We’re on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Specialist who’s got hands-on experience managing high-budget campaigns and knows how to scale brands profitably.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and more.
- Set up , optimise and scale performance-based lead generation funnels (B2B + B2C).
- Manage 6 – 7 figure monthly budgets with strong ROAS and CAC control.
- Conduct A / B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Track, analyse, and report performance using tools like GA4, GTM, and analytics dashboards.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ads are conversion-focused yet on-brand.
- Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and ad policies.
