We are looking for an experienced SFCC Technical Lead who can lead multiple development tracks and a team of 12 members, ensure code quality, troubleshoot technical blockers, and work closely with business and product owners to translate functional requirements into technical stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple technical tracks and manage a team of around 12 members
- Perform code reviews and ensure code quality across the account
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide scalable solutions
- Communicate effectively with Business and Product Owners
- Convert business functionality into detailed technical stories
- Guide implementation using SFCC Script, SFRA, Pipelines, REST API, and Controllers
- Recommend best practices for Salesforce features (e.g., when to use Page Designer)
- Ensure adherence to functional knowledge of B2C commerce processes
- Design and develop third-party (backend) integrations such as :
- Address / Shipping / Tax validation
- Payment authorization
- CRM
- OMS
