Key Position Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, QAs and other technical
- team members
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical solutions that align with
- business needs.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Design and implement robust and scalable Salesforce solutions, adhering to best practices
- and security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications and
- integrations.
- Contribute to the development of architectural blueprints and technical roadmaps.
- Evaluate new Salesforce technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
