Job Title : Oracle HCM Consultant – Compensation Modules

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with strong expertise in the Compensation module . The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, testing, and providing production support for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. In addition to Compensation, experience with Core HR , Recruiting , Onboarding , and Security modules will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Compensation and related HCM modules.
- Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation processes, including Workforce Compensation and Individual Compensation Plans.
- Develop and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs) based on client requirements.
- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with clients to provide demonstrations, process walkthroughs, and configuration guidance.
- Support post-production activities, including issue resolution, enhancements, and change requests.
- Build and customize reports using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
- Participate in release management and regression testing for Oracle Cloud quarterly updates.
- Ensure all solutions meet compliance, business, and performance standards.
- Work closely with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
Required Skills And Experience
7–9 years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud.Hands-on experience in Compensation module configuration (Workforce and Individual Compensation).Strong understanding of Core HR, with exposure to Recruiting, Onboarding, and Security modules preferred.Proficiency in functional design, testing, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with OTBI reporting, release management, and regression testing processes.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills.Preferred Qualifications
Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Compensation or Core HR specialization preferred).Experience with global or regional compensation structures and annual compensation cycle configurations.Understanding of HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Fast Formulas for compensation rules.Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.Skills Required
