Requirement :
- The candidate should have minimum 8-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, and should have experience on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, preferably large-scale implementations.
- The candidate should have at least 5 years experience working in Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional areas, and worked on 2 or more end to end Fusion HCM implementation projects.
- The candidate should have good understanding in Oracle Fusion HCM functionality of Core -HR (Must have) / Absence / Payroll (Must have) / Performance and Goal management Modules.
- The candidate should have very good experience in BIP reporting, OTBI reporting, Data Migrations, HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas.
- The candidate should have hands on experience in BIP reporting Area as Primary Skill and understanding about Zellis HCM application.
- The candidate must be open to learn and work on other application like Zellis also (Zellis works on SQL in backend so the business process will be similar to Oracle, just the report writing will be done differently using new tools).
- The candidate should have very good experience in developing HCM Extracts in Fusion HCM.
- The candidate should have very good experience working in various module based Fast Formulas in Fusion HCM for Absence, Payroll, Compensation and Performance and Goal management Modules.
