We are looking for a Senior Mendix Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mendix Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using the Mendix low-code platform. You will play a critical role in guiding development teams, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and experience delivering Mendix applications in complex environments.

You'll make a difference by :

• : Oversee end-to-end delivery of Mendix applications, from requirement gathering through to deployment and support.
• : Define technical architecture, design scalable and performant Mendix applications, and integrate with external systems (REST / SOAP APIs, databases, etc.).
• : Mentor junior developers, enforce best practices, and facilitate agile development workflows.
• : Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• : Ensure code quality, conduct code reviews, and implement unit and integration testing.
• : Monitor and improve application performance, maintain system health, and troubleshoot production issues.
• : Enforce Mendix development standards and contribute to the internal knowledge base and reusable component libraries.

This role, based in Bangalore, is an individual contributor position. You may be required to visit other locations within India and internationally. In return, you'll have the opportunity to work with teams shaping the future.
