Job Title : Developer - Celonis

Location : Bangalore

Reporting to : Senior Manager

1. Purpose of the role

At AB InBev Celonis COE, we have a dream : build an insight-driven company. Our mission is to provide insight to power all transformation initiatives. We are creating agile teams of data engineers, architects, analysts and scrum masters to deliver on our

mission. As a senior developer, you will be accountable for designing and deploying scalable, Celonis products, data pipelines and data models to process TB of data in optimized way to sustain our platform, enabling Insights analytics initiatives and data science.

You should be passionate about process mining, business insights, big data, agile philosophy and customer centricity.

2. Key tasks & accountabilities

As a Developer at AB-InBev, working at Celonis COE, your role will be to support our team of product owners and developers by building Celonis products on the EMS platform. This involves utilizing process mining, PQL transformations,action flow, and AI / ML capabilities to create products for our various business units worldwide. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and coaching inhouse talents to sustain our talent pools and continue scaling up our capability. It is important that you can collaborate with different team to identify and implement the most suitable solutions for delivering insights with quality, governance, and sustainability. Furthermore, your role will involve influencing and collaborating with internal customers and other technical leaders across ABInBev to ensure adoption and growth of Celonis COE.

3. Qualifications, Experience, Skills

Level of educational attainment required

Graduate degree
MBA is desired from a Premium B-school within India / or outside (Preferred)

Previous work experience required

Able to work as a change agent building MVPs and PoCs and proposing new approaches to keep our data strategy always on the

tech edge.

Used to work with agile frameworks and waterfall.

Technical skills required

Strong Knowledge in Celonis products development,

Experience in building products involving PQL transformation, data model creation, action flows, conformance checker and other Celonis functionalities

Strong experience in SQL development projects

Good functional understanding of SAP finance process and underlying table

Good knowledge of Python

Hands on with proved experience building and delivering data solutions

Experienced delivering complex data pipelines.
