Description :

The Data & Analytics Reporting Supervisor is responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of enterprise dashboards that deliver actionable insights across the organization.

This role oversees the end-to-end dashboard lifecycle from requirements gathering and data integration to visualization and user adoption.

The Supervisor ensures dashboards are aligned with business goals, technically sound, and user-friendly.

In addition to hands-on development, this role includes managerial responsibilities such as guiding a team of BI developers and analysts, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
