Role Overview
The Corporate TA Intern will assist the HR & TA team in end-to-end recruitment activities across various corporate functions such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, Design, E-commerce, Retail, and Supply Chain. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hiring, people processes, and building strong candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hiring & Sourcing
- Source relevant profiles through job portals, , internal databases, and referrals
- Screen resumes based on role requirements and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
2. Candidate Management
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring processEnsure smooth interview experience and follow-upsManage candidate pipeline on ATS / Excel sheets3. Recruitment Operations
Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social platformsAssist in planning hiring campaigns and employer branding activitiesTrack hiring metrics and prepare weekly dashboards / reports4. HR Support
Support onboarding and documentation activitiesAssist HR team in miscellaneous people operations tasks when requiredRequired Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's / Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood understanding of hiring processes & job market trendsProficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR toolsAbility to multitask and manage deadlinesDetail-oriented with a positive attitude to learningPreferred Added Skills
Prior internship experience in HR / Recruitment (optional)Familiarity with sourcing and job boards (Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, etc.)Interest in fashion, retail, or D2C industryWhat You’ll Gain
