We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring processes. The intern will assist in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience end-to-end.

Location : Noida (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates from job portals (Naukri, , Internshala, etc.) using keywords, filters, and Boolean search.
Screen resumes to shortlist relevant candidates based on hiring requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate communication and role fit.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates.
Follow up with candidates during various stages of the hiring process.
Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities when needed.
Assist with documentation and onboarding coordination for new hires.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Who Can Apply

Recent graduates or students currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

Candidates with strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR operations.
