Job Description
We are hiring Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) to manage and grow a portfolio of D2C brands on our platform. The role involves complete ownership of business performance, including planning, pricing, promotions, and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage a group of brands within the D2C portfolio and take end-to-end ownership.
- Plan selection, inventory, pricing, and promotions to drive topline and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and brands.
- Drive category performance through vendor management, pricing, and sale optimization.
- Liaise with marketing, pricing, and supply chain teams for business alignment.
- Conduct regular data analysis and performance reviews to identify growth opportunities.
- Work on onboarding new vendors and scaling existing ones.
- Manage P&L, catalog health, visibility metrics, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare MIS and performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Account Management, Category Management, or Program Management.Graduate (Post-Graduation or MBA preferred but not mandatory).Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.E-commerce or D2C industry experience preferred.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.Proven ability to multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Compensation
CTC : ₹12–13 LPA (Depending on experience and fit)
