Role Description

This is a full time role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves conducting sales activities, managing customer relationships, delivering training sessions, and overseeing sales management tasks. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities : Consistently achieve or surpass assigned sales targets.

Identify new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and follow-ups.

Pitch and sell products / services to potential customers with a clear value proposition.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.

Manage the full sales cycle : lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, closing deals, and after-sales support.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.

Stay updated with product knowledge and competitor offerings.

Requirements : Proven experience in a sales target-based role (minimum [X] years).

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

High level of self-motivation and discipline.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience using CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management

Ability to deliver effective training sessions

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

Experience in technology solutions or a related industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
