• Strong skills in primary research (telephonic and face-to-face)
• Strong skills in secondary research
• Analytical research skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English proficiency)
• Strong presentation skills
• Flexibility to work in different time shifts
• Ability to identify and develop the right set of respondents for primary research
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required; MBA preferred
