Operator - Utility

Job description

• Ensure that all utility equipment such as Plant Air Conditioning, Cooling Tower, Air compressor Air Washer, AHU equipment s are running in good condition.
• Analyze all existing and potential problems plans and develop some countermeasure to prevent equipment breakdown to eliminate recurring problems and introduce improvements.
• Attends to emergency call anytime whenever his service is needed.
• Attends and participate on all shutdown maintenance activities on the plant.
• Coordinate with Production / WTP for any concerns regarding requirement.
• Prepare report analysis for any machine breakdown under HVAC equipment responsibility.
• Prepare report analysis for any equipment responsibility.
• Maintain responsible of all spare part requirement related to HVAC
