Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter at SwipeLabs. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Key responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate experience from application through onboarding. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying and attracting diverse talent, while maintaining SwipeLabs' high standards for culture and skills alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and candidate pipeline management
• Strong understanding of recruiting for startups
• Excellent understanding of human / work psychology
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
• Experience in creative industry recruitment is a plus
• Ability to identify A players (top 0.1% of talent)
