Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles across various domains
- Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with US-based hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Ensure compliance with US staffing protocols and documentation standards
- Work in EST time zones as needed
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in US IT staffing or technical recruitmentStrong understanding of US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsFamiliarity with ATS and CRM toolsAbility to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneouslyWillingness to work night shifts or overlapping US hours
