Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices.

The Impact you will have in this role :
Being a member of the Process Excellence Team, the Senior Associate will grow the enterprise business architecture (MEGA HOPEX) platform through technical skill and business awareness. The Process Excellence team supports Enterprise Digital Solutions in improving operational efficiency by analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions for Enterprise Services and its partners.
In this role, the Process Excellence Senior Associate will work with the HOPEX platform to enhance its usability and scalability, and drive a client-focused approach throughout the enterprise roll-out.
Your Primary Responsibilities :
Platform Development & Enhancement
Collaborate with Process Excellence team members and stakeholders to gather and refine user stories for platform development.Design, configure, and implement new features and modules within MEGA HOPEX to support evolving business needs.Maintain and optimize existing platform components, ensuring performance, usability, and data integrity.Platform Maintenance & Governance
Define and enforce policies and standards for data management, model consistency, and platform usage.Monitor platform health, perform regular audits, and coordinate upgrades or patches in alignment with IT and vendor support.Reporting & Visualization
Develop and maintain client-focused dashboards and reports using MEGA HOPEX and PowerBI.Promote the use of enterprise architecture data by creating intuitive visualizations that support strategic decision-making.Stakeholder Engagement & Training
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure platform capabilities align with user expectations.Provide training, documentation, and support to users across the organization to drive adoption and effective use of the platform.Data Strategy & Expansion
Identify opportunities to expand the platform’s data footprint through integration with other enterprise systems.Recommend and implement data management best practices to improve data quality, accessibility, and relevance.Continuous Improvement
Stay current with MEGA HOPEX capabilities, enterprise architecture trends, and process excellence methodologies.Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance platform value and user experience.Qualifications :
Minimum of 6 years of related experienceBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experienceTalents Needed for Success :
Proficient developing for relational databases platformsAbility to communicate with internal partners and also implement at a technical levelSelf-starter, with the ability to define the appropriate actions to take based on the vision, mission, and objectives of the departmentExperience with a business architecture, BPM, or enterprise architecture platform is preferredStrong decision making and problem-solving capabilitiesActual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
