Product & Ops Role
Overview : Enthusiastic and energetic professional with pleasing personality and good academic credentials (MBA / MMS in Human Resources / Operations) and having 5 years or more work experience in HR tech / Product development and Implementation space.
Project Management
Work involves interactions with company human resource departments, placement agencies and background check vendors
Requirements gathering and collecting customer feedback and ensuring its implementation so company products and services remain useful and relevant to customers and other stakeholders.
Preparing and making presentations to disseminate information and training to corporate clients.
Managing internal operations team. Ensuring that client queries and grievances are handled in a prompt and effective manner.
MIS management. Creating, maintaining and disseminating excel based reports to internal and external stakeholders
Drafting emails and other correspondence to clients and business partners.
Front end testing of online application, requirements gathering, collating customer feedback for implementation
Interacting with development teams for monitoring development efforts for new features and fixing of any bugs in existing features.
Managing internal and external audits
Billing and Payment gateway reconciliation
Information Security Management System (ISMS). Needs to ensure ISMS implementation for Project operations and maintain associated documentation and compliances.
Sales role
Overview : Enthusiastic and energetic professional with pleasing personality and good academic credentials (MBA / MMS in Marketing) and having 5 years or more work experience in HR Product Sales. Role involves Key account management and Business development.
This is a hard-core sales role. Candidate should have good contacts in HR industry and have participated in HR forums.
Candidate needs to be willing to travel (within India) for client meetings and product presentations.
Generating leads for selling company products and services. Should have robust track record of exceeding sales targets.
Social media management. Maintain good presence in social media for marketing and improving brand image of company products and sourcing new customers.
Managing bulk communications like newsletters and product updates for customers and other project stakeholders
Preparing and making presentations to corporate clients. Attending virtual and physical meetings with existing and new clients.
