ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer

to design, build, optimize, and support advanced analytics solutions within the ServiceNow platform. If you have strong hands-on expertise in PA, dashboards, KPIs, and data modelling—this is the right opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

• ️ Design, develop, and implement

Performance Analytics (PA)

solutions in ServiceNow

data sources, indicators, breakdowns, widgets, dashboards

dashboards, scorecards, and KPI-driven reports

agile ceremonies, sprint planning & code reviews

✅ Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of ServiceNow development

Minimum 2+ years in Performance Analytics

Strong knowledge of PA :

Indicators, time series, breakdowns, widgets

Hands-on experience with

JavaScript ,

Glide APIs ,

REST APIs

Experience in ServiceNow modules :

ITSM, CMDB, Incident / Change

Understanding of data visualization and analytics storytelling

Preferred :

⭐ Good to Have

ITIL v4 Foundation

Experience with

Reporting, CMDB Health, ITOM integrations

Background in

Data modelling / ETL / BI tools
