Role Description
We are looking for a
Performance Marketing Manager
who thrives on data, creativity, and measurable impact. You'll be responsible for driving growth for
D2C
using performance channels to scale awareness, acquisition, and retention.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative — someone who can run campaigns that convert

tell a story that resonates with the modern beauty consumer.
Key Responsibilities
paid campaigns
across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
D2C growth funnel
— from awareness and acquisition to conversion and retention.
ad budgets and ROAS targets
, continuously improving CAC and conversion metrics.
creative, brand, and content teams
to ensure campaign alignment and compelling storytelling.
A / B tests
for ad creatives, copy, and
landing pages
to drive performance uplift.
CRM and remarketing automation
to drive repeat engagement and customer LTV.
new growth channels
such as influencer-led performance, affiliate marketing, and programmatic buys.
Requirements
in performance marketing — either at a
digital-first brand or a growth-focused agency.
Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid channels
for D2C brands.
funnels, attribution, and analytics tools
(GA4, Mixpanel, etc.).
Shopify
landing page tools (e.g., Unbounce, Webflow, or Shogun)
, and
CRM systems (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
is a strong plus.
