Position Summary

Harness is seeking an exceptional engineering leader to drive our Product Platform portfolio within the Platform Engineering this pivotal role youll oversee mission-critical services including Identity and Access Management Auditing Notifications Secrets Management and core libraries and frameworks that power our platform.

• Take end-to-end ownership of the technology stack driving architecture development deployment reliability and ongoing operations
• Provide strategic technical and organizational guidance to drive engineering excellence across teams
• Shape and execute the long-term technical vision and roadmap for your organization
• Continuously adapt roadmaps to align with anticipated future demands and evolving business requirements
